Meditation does not have to be long.

The frequency and amount of meditation you practice, is far more important than how long each time you practice. For example, if you only practice for several minutes each time, but you practice it several times each week, it can help to regulate your attention and mood, better than practicing a very long 1-2 hour meditation session once a week or once a month.

Try this brief 3min body scan practice, and see how do you feel about your body.
