7-Day Sleep Challenge! Start New Year with Health!
After a busy 2022, there are so many my team has achieved.
As a Mental Health Clinic startup, our clinic has expanded continuously to other cities, hosts multiple podcasts/youtube channels, and has launched multiple courses.
As a busy entrepreneur working so hard for a year, at the end of the year, I plan to focus on my own self-care. I want to use 7 days, to optimize my own sleep quality.
Therefore, I designed this 7-day sleep challenge, one version in Chinese, and one version in English.
I want to invite you to join me in this self-care journey, and hopefully we are able to enter the new year with better sleep.
From 12/26 to 1/1, I will send out daily emails including a brief video explaining the challenge of the day along with useful sleep tips.
