10 Sleep Products Help you Sleep Better! (In Progress)

In my clinic, my patients with insomnia often ask me to recommend sleep products to them to facilitate the treatment.

I want to emphasize that we don’t want to rely on products to help us sleep better, we need to work on how to sleep with our own bodies and biological drive.

However, sometimes, some sleep products may be helpful to reduce sleep anxiety a little bit.

I list some products and tools on this page because I use them myself, or I have interviewed the founders of them and like what they do for the sleep field. I’ve done the research and trial and error so you don’t have to! That being said, I encourage you to consider only the products that fit your needs based on your own sleep needs.
