Hello, I’m a registered associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT136409) in California. I grew up in China, had experience living in Japan for years, and came to the United States for college about 8 years ago.

Whatever challenges you are facing, I would love to hear your stories and to know you as a person. I use a compassionate approach, free of judgment, to help you explore your own thoughts and feelings. And you will learn practical skills to improve the quality of your life.

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families in both English and Mandarin. My Christian background also allows me to integrate the spiritual aspect into therapy for those who desire it.

Do you accept insurance?

Other Insurance/Self Pay

We are out-of-network providers for all other insurance companies. If you use our services, you will be expected to pay the full fee yourself. We offer you Superbill receipts for the service you receive from us, and you can submit them to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Most insurance companies may cover part of the fee (50-80% typically) for out-of-network providers like us. For assessments/evaluations, please contact your insurance company for pre-approval for this service.

Insurance is NOT accepted for global life coaching services, self pay only. We encourage you to contact your insurance company ahead of time to find out the reimbursement rate, which may help you make your decision for treatment.
